Clients are required to communicate their requirements clearly and promptly. Any communication delays may result in project delays or re-quoting.

• A 30% advance payment is mandatory before project initiation
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery
• The agency reserves the right to pause or terminate the project in case of non-payment
• No source code, backend access, or live site handover will be provided until final payment is cleared

• Scope will be mutually agreed upon in writing or email
• Scope creep (adding features not in the original agreement) will be chargeable
• Any changes after project commencement will be considered an add-on

• The client must provide all necessary material (text, images, media) in a timely manner
• The agency is not responsible for project delays caused by missing or delayed content

• Meetings will be scheduled online or offline with prior notice
• Feedback should be provided within 3 working days of request to avoid bottlenecks

• Up to 3 free revisions are allowed
• Further revisions or requests after 7 days of delivery are chargeable
• Revisions must be aligned with the original project scope

• All assets become the property of the client only after full payment is made
• The agency retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed

• Any third-party tools, APIs, or services integrated into the project are subject to their own terms
• The agency is not responsible for their pricing changes, limitations, or bugs
• Custom plugin/API development is chargeable and requires written approval

• The client is responsible for ensuring that all content they provide is non-infringing and legally owned
• Once a template or design theme is approved, changes may incur additional charges

If the agency fails to deliver on time due to its own fault, it will offer compensatory support or services at no additional cost.

• 30 days of free technical support is included post-project
• Support covers bug fixes, not new features or third-party issues
• Irrelevant or excessive support requests may be chargeable

• Both parties agree to protect all project data and communication
• The agency will not disclose any project or client information to third parties without consent

• Post-delivery, the client is solely responsible for data storage and backup
• The agency does not provide long-term storage unless a maintenance contract exists

The agency will not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Downtime caused by third-party hosting, platforms, or plugins
• Business losses or lost profits due to project delays or bugs

• If the client cancels mid-project, payment for completed milestones is due
• No refunds will be given once the project is 50% or more complete

We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client:

• Abuses or harasses staff
• Fails to pay on time
• Violates any of the agreed terms
• Refuses to provide timely feedback or causes unreasonable delays

• Projects above ₹50,000 require a signed contract or affidavit
• All verbal communications must be followed by written confirmation for validity

• A limited 30-day warranty is included for fixing errors that are the agency's responsibility
• Any issues caused by the client's own edits or external interventions are not covered

The agency shall not be held liable for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Internet or power outages
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic lockdowns or strikes

• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through discussion
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per Indian law

All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat , India only.

• The agency reserves the right to update these terms at any time
• Clients will be informed, and continued engagement implies acceptance

• Clients are not permitted to use the agency's name, logo, or branding publicly without prior written approval
• The agency may withdraw branding permissions at any time
